CAAMA (Central Australian Aboriginal Media Association), is iconic Aboriginal owned and operated media enterprise, delivers Aboriginal stories to the world across all media in English and Aboriginal languages.
CAAMA is a unique enterprise in the Northern Territory and Australia, being owned by the Aboriginal community it serves. CAAMA provides training and career pathways to Aboriginal media professionals at the same time as it creates media solutions for brands and businesses through access to our audiences.

CAAMA RADIO
From the heart of Australia 8KIN FM (100.5 FM) was established in 1980s as Australia’s first Aboriginal Radio station, broadcasting cultural content and programming in Aboriginal languages.
Based in Alice Springs with 12 broadcast studios in remote communities and a mobile outside broadcasting capabilities we broadcast live from events all around Australia
CAAMA Radio is the backbone of CAAMA. We have the potential to reach over 60,000 listeners in the Northern Territory and over 600,000 across a third of Australia, as well as listeners online internationally.
CAAMA produces the majority of its content locally and shares this unique content with other Aboriginal radio stations nation-wide. We deliver a daily news service and other music programs including podcasts in English and Aboriginal Languages.
