New National Party Leader David Littleproud says he thinks it is time to work constructively with the government on the “Voice to Parliament” – a Labor mandate going into the election.
The Labor Party has secured a majority government after claiming victory at the federal election. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has confirmed that a referendum on an Aboriginal voice to parliament will be one of his first priorities.
Shortly after claiming victory Mr Albanese also indicated that there needs to be a change in how government conducts itself into the future !
