CAAMA Radio produces two local news bulletins airing at 12pm and 6pm every weekday. A full bulletin can also be heard online.
In this bulletin:
• An Alice Springs counsellor says the influx of families moving to town from remote parts of the territory is partly behind high crime rates.
• Other towns in the Northern Territory are calling out for similar funding for police and other measures to curb crime, much like the Fyles Territory government implemented in Alice Springs last week.
• A state funeral will be held on March 1 for the Territory member for Arafura, the Northern Territory parliament MLA who died suddenly in December.
