In this bulletin:
• Debate over the government’s plan to enshrine an Indigenous Voice to Parliament has continued at rallies and protests across the country as many acknowledge the significance of January 26.
• While many rallies did have a significant amount of speakers advocating against a Voice to Parliament, speakers at Invasion Day rallies in Alice Springs and Darwin advocated for people to vote yes to a Voice to Parliament referendum.
• A Warramungu man who promoted Aboriginal and Northern Territory basketball over two decades and supported youth says he was humbled to receive Australia Day honours.
