In today’s bulletin:
• Victims of record-breaking flooding in the Kimberley and Victoria Daly region of the Northern Territory can now apply for disaster recovery assistance.
• At least three communities in the central Northern Territory remain entirely cut off due to flooding, with more than 11 communities have lost road access.
• The former Indigenous Affairs Minister Ken Wyatt is urging the coalition to allow its MPs a conscience vote on a referendum to establish an indigenous Voice to Parliament.
