How do we make sure that young people are engaged – regardless of where they live, regardless of where they are visiting !

“So when we’re talking about more support services or resources around the pointy end how do we create a circuit breaker which prevents something from having a negative consequence. “
If people want to see young people face consequences is it better that a young person if they’ve been out damaging or graffitiing a shop one night are back there the next day and the whole week making amends cleaning up the glass that has been broken, scrubbing off the spray paint !
