The Black Olive – Australia’s first Aboriginal celebrity chef shares his life journey.


The Black Olive is in Alice Springs this week for the The Red Centre Food Festival where he will be cooking a 7 course meal at the Double Tree by Hilton, creating dishes that blend western food with traditional bush foods and spices.
