- The Northern Territory strict vaccine mandate for at risk workers will be scrapped later this month, but new Laws will allow the Chief Health Officer to make COVID-related directions if required.
- The South Australia’s government has allocated $500,000 to establish an advisory commission in the next few months to work on lowering Aboriginal incarceration rates in the state.
- The Victorian government has introduced a bill to establish an independent treaty authority which will act as , an independent umpire with the legal powers necessary to facilitate treaty negotiations between the government and traditional owners,
