  • After hearing  more than four weeks of evidence jurors in Zach Rolfe’s murder trial have been told  they  ‘must find him not guilty’ if they believed that  he could see Kumanjayi Walker stabbing his partner … but the Crown prosecutor  also  said Constable Rolfe was lying “to justify the unjustifiable”.
  •  A 19-year-old Aboriginal man who was tasered and shot six times by police  in Darwin yesterday morning  remains in  a critical condition.
