  • A second Aboriginal person has died of COVID19 in Australia – 70 year old woman from the community of Enngonia located on Muruwari country close to the Queensland border.
  • A panel on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander experiences of Family violence also was held today at the online National Women’s Safety Summit, where Aboriginal and TOrres Strait Islander experts spoke about a way forward on policies that will look to reduce family violence.
  • Papunya has taken out the 2021 Central Australia Football League Community Cup in the Senior Men’s competition defeating Western Arrente, but the day was sadly marred by some violent crowd incidents.
