In breaking news :Greater Katherine in the Northern Territory went into a 72-hour lockdown at 6pm tonight following  two new cases of coronavirus, including the first in a remote community.

  • Australia’s attorney-generals are a step closer to committing to raising the age of criminal responsibility from the age of 10 to 12 years old, but legal advocates saying the age is still too young.
  • A man who suffered serious burns in an alleged domestic-violence-related house fire that has died.
  • Kamilaroi rapper The Kid Laroi has taken out the top award for the artist of the year at the 2021 NIMAs, while the album of the year award went to Bundjalung rapper JK-47 for his debut album Made For This.
